Develop creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team. Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations; encourage members to provide feedback; and respond to internal commentary and requestsOversee project design and production, reporting any potential disputes, changing requirements or delays in a timely manner, and reviewing project performanceCreate and maintain high-quality visual content for the company brand in both digital and print communications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters.Must have a superior understanding of the fundamental concepts of graphic design principles.Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work.You have a team-oriented attitude and the ability to contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisionsStrong work ethicTakes initiative and can self-manage. - Have a minimum of 8 -10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in visual communications, graphic design or art school with a significant equivalent experience.
- You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign (knowledge of interactivity would be an add on), Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere pro along with a good knowledge of PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
- Demonstrable ability to work proactively and autonomously and be accountable for own decisions
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means
- Ability to work confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers at all levels and with different personality types; influencing and negotiating skills
- Positive, demonstrable people management skills.
