Key Purpose of the job :

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, conducting due diligence, ensuring compliance with applicable laws (including RERA), and providing critical inputs on land-related matters to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all legal aspects of land acquisition and development projects in Maharashtra.
• Conduct comprehensive title due diligence and highlight potential risks with mitigation strategies.
• Draft, vet, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including RERA, stamp duty, and registration.
• Provide legal advice to management on structuring, risks, and strategy
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulatory requirements, and disseminate key insights to business teams.
• Drive efficient contract management, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
