KathaVersse comprises two brands : Antenaaa Studios, which focuses on premium fiction web shows, and Digital Commentary, a fast-growing entertainment, business, and sports content channel with a substantial YouTube following. Role Summary :
You will identify, pitch, and close brand partnership opportunities across digital content, creator-led campaigns, and branded storytelling formats. The role requires a mix of strategic outreach, proposal building, and relationship management, focused on driving revenue and long-term client value.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and engage new brands, agencies, and media buyers for partnership opportunities.
Understand client objectives and translate them into compelling branded content solutions.
Create pitch decks, proposals, and campaign concepts with the creative / strategy team.
Manage end-to-end deal cycle : outreach, negotiation, closing, and post-campaign follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with returning clients to grow recurring business.
Track market trends across digital, entertainment, creators, and culture to shape partnership narratives.
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate on reporting and insights.
Requirements :
1–2 years in branded content sales, influencer marketing, digital media, or partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think creatively about brand storytelling and cultural relevance.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Self-driven mindset with a collaborative approach.
