Brand Partnerships Manager

Role Overview

Agrim is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to support the Brand Partnerships team in driving partnership operations, presentations, and analytics. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to gain hands-on experience in partnership management and brand strategy within the agri-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Joint Business Plan (JBP) Closures : Assist in coordinating and finalizing JBPs with partner brands, aligning on goals, metrics, and deliverables.
• MIS Locking and Sharing : Maintain, update, and share key Management Information System (MIS) reports for brand partnerships, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.
• Seller Analytics : Track and analyze seller performance metrics, offering insights to improve engagement and optimize partnerships.
• Escalation Handling : Act as the point of contact for partnership-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.
• Category Collaboration : Work closely with category teams to align on internal plans and support the execution of category-specific partnership goals.
• Presentation Development : Create impactful, visually compelling presentations for partner meetings, reviews, and internal updates.
• Market Research and Insights : Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to support strategic decision-making.
