Cardijn College Marcellin  in Christie Downs has a focus on vocational education and training for students in Years 10 to 12 and beyond, with relationships that extend well into their careers. Marcellin facilitates seamless transitions into professional life through strong industry partnerships, equipping students with the skills and experiences necessary for career success.

Cardijn College Galilee  in Aldinga enrols students from Reception to Year 9, providing a nurturing environment with an emphasis on ecological awareness and a personalised sense of belonging.

We are currently seeking a Science Laboratory Assistant to join our Noarlunga Downs Campus team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role supporting the Science faculty in delivering engaging and safe practical learning experiences for students in Years 7–12.

About the Role

As the Science Laboratory Assistant, you will :

• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and materials for practical lessons.
• Support teachers and students during experiments, ensuring safety and effective use of resources.
• Assist with demonstrations, risk assessments, and safe operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of chemicals and equipment, and support stock control and purchasing.
• Collaborate closely with the Science Laboratory Officer and Curriculum Leader – Science.
