About the Role :

Associate Vice President – Sales (USA)
to lead and expand our sales operations in the United States. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong track record of achieving sales targets in high-pressure environments and scaling both teams and business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Own the Sales Process :
Drive and manage the end-to-end USA sales strategy—from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve Targets :
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Streamline Operations :
Optimize current sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Expansion :
Strategically grow the business footprint across the region.
Team Leadership :
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support business growth.
Client Engagement :
Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis :
Provide regular reports, insights, and forecasting to leadership for strategic planning.
What We're Looking For :
✅ Minimum
5 years of experience
as an
AVP Sales
or similar senior sales leadership role, preferably in the US market.
✅ Proven success in managing large sales teams and driving revenue growth.
✅ Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions.
