Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 5 years in architectural design & execution (preferably high-rise projects). Software Proficiency : Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, BIM workflows; knowledge of Navisworks / Dynamo will be an added advantage. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, site teams, and clients. Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution. Opportunity to work on landmark residential and commercial projects in Bandra. Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and BIM models in Revit.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and design consultants for seamless integration.
- Support project stages from concept to execution, ensuring design intent and technical accuracy.
- Prepare construction documentation, detailed drawings, and compliance sets.
- Assist in clash detection, coordination meetings, and BIM data management.
- Ensure adherence to local building bye-laws, codes, and project timelines.
