: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Assist the BIM Manager with any Civil 3D project.
• Work independently and make technical decisions for US, UK & Asia-specific projects.
• Handle Landscape, Dry & Wet Utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation projects.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Prepare earthwork grading cut & fill analysis, cross sections, and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks & manholes as per IFC drawings.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
• Manage BIM construction process from DD stage to As-Built stage.
• Assist with estimation tasks and manage a small team.
• Integrate iPad / AM data exchange and generate COBie data.
• Collaborate with design teams and clients to actively solve problems.
• Ensure project timelines are met and work efficiently under pressure.
• Maintain a positive, responsible, and professional attitude, open to challenges.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer & Part-Builder.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
• Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff.
• Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection & resolution.
• Knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Team management capability with strong problem-solving skills.
