We’re hiring a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Specialist who thinks

beyond templates, challenges the status quo, and executes with precision. This isn’t

a checklist marketing role—it’s a growth seat. You’ll own CXO-grade storytelling,

GTM planning, and event impact across the insurance and healthtech ecosystem.

What You’ll Own

• Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Define and execute GTM campaigns that speak to insurers, TPAs, and healthtech leaders. Bring fresh ideas to life—think whitepapers, executive roundtables, GTM hooks, or brand narratives.
• Premium Event Experiences
• Design and deliver exceptional brand experiences at high-stakes events (e.g., India Insurtech Summit) . Handle everything from positioning to post-event lead activation.
• Content with Gravitas. Craft sharp decks, brochures, leadership articles, and campaign assets that command attention and influence decision-makers.
• Digital Influence : Lead IHX’s voice on LinkedIn and digital platforms. Build a content engine that builds visibility, credibility, and relevance.
• Cross-Functional Activation
• Work with sales, product, and leadership to convert insights into action. Be the voice of marketing in cross-team planning.
