Job descriptionMinimum 13-15 years experience on construction site. Experience in executing various big Projects is mandatory. Knowledge of working with Project Management Consultants with at least 8 to 10 years of experience preferred. Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office package is must. Needs an experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out Projects and co-ordinating with all the Consultants. Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory.
