(3 Days Left) Senior PCB Design Engineer (BMS & Power Electronics)

Xbattery is hiring a senior PCB design engineer specializing in BMS (Battery Management Systems) and Power Electronics.

Note : A minimum of five years of experience designing PCBs is necessary. Please don't apply if you do not have experience.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop complex multi-layer PCB layouts for BMS and power conversion systems

2. Lead PCB design efforts for high-current, high-voltage applications with emphasis on safety and reliability

3. Implement protection circuits and isolation requirements for battery systems

4. Experience with battery safety standards

5. Integration of temperature monitoring systems

6. Design of communication interfaces (CAN, I2C, SPI)

7. Proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro

8. EMI / EMC compliance design techniques

9. Advanced layer stack-up planning

10. Impedance-controlled routing

11. Power integrity and signal integrity analysis

12. Thermal simulation and analysis

13. EMC / EMI testing and validation

14. Design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC)

15. Interface with component suppliers and PCB manufacturers

16. Conduct simulations (e.g., SPICE) and perform design verification tests.

17. Validate PCB designs for high voltage (up to 800V) and high-power applications.

18. Create design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.

19. Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration.
