Role & responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell products.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Retail Assets, CASA, and Current Account Sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Preferred candidate profile
1-10 years of experience in Banking Sales or related field (preferably in Emerging Corporates).Strong understanding of Banking Products, Banking Sector, and Retail Assets.Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship management.Skills Required
