Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Specialist with a research-driven mindset and a passion for business development. The ideal candidate will support our international BD efforts-primarily focused on the US-by identifying and qualifying market opportunities, researching target sectors, and preparing engagement materials to facilitate connects for the MD and Sales Head.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities in the GCC setup and transformation space.
- Analyze news, trends, leadership movements, and M&A activity to build prospect intelligence.
- Build prospect databases and segment outreach based on company maturity, geography, and strategic relevance.
- Create high-impact collateral including capability decks, introductory notes, and customized emails for C-level outreach.
- Partner with the US-based BD team to support lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and sales enablement.
- Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or services
- Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement
- Help sales executives during the technical presentations
- Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
- Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals
- Ensure all proposed solutions meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Support the sales team by delivering product demonstrations, preparing technical documents, and assisting with solution design and 5-6 years of experience in presales, market research, business development support, or sales enablement-preferably in professional services, IT services, or consulting.
- 3+Yrs of experience in Cold Calling, Pitch Deck, Talent Solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking for developing creative, client-focused solutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to connect data points to uncover business signals.
