Job Description :

• Support the design and execution of Swiggy’s ESG roadmap
• Lead preparation of ESG disclosures
• Own the delivery of a range of projects including Materiality Assessment, GHG footprint assessment, Net Zero & ESG roadmap development.
• Monitor, report and manage environmental performance across operations and the value chain covering GHG inventory, water, emissions, waste management.
• Track ESG performance metrics, ensure data integrity, and prepare dashboards for leadership
• Ensure all communications campaigns on Sustainability resonate with the larger corporate reputation goal.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ESG programs, track key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Communicate ESG initiatives internally and externally through various channels, including presentations, reports, and social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to embed ESG practices; champion awareness and training on ESG practices across the organisationDevelop, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external audiences to publicise company’s initiatives.
• Deliver outcomes with a strong content strategy and media planning, ensure brand values and messaging are consistently communicated.
