About the role

We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for every new QuickReply.ai customer.

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through setup, conducting product demos, assisting with integrations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a world-class onboarding experience — all from our Gurugram office.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding.
  • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs, showcasing platform features and benefits.
  • Assist customers with WhatsApp API setup and technical integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and implementation teams for smooth handovers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure successful onboarding completion.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team for improvements.
  • Ensure customers achieve value quickly and are set up for long-term success.

Skills and requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical integrations, APIs, or platform setups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, customer-centric, and comfortable working on-site in Gurugram.
  • Experience with marketing automation or WhatsApp Business API is a plus.
