Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and versatile Sr Creative Producer who would work with us on project basis to ideate, produce, and manage compelling video content across formats and genres. This is a freelance role ideal for professionals with a strong creative instinct, production experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality content on tight timelines. You’ll work closely with Pinkvilla’s in-house teams on a project-to-project basis, helping shape the brand’s digital video footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Ideation & Development : Conceptualize engaging content formats, pitch ideas, and write scripts for both editorial and branded video content.
• End-to-End Production Ownership : Oversee the complete production process – from planning and pre-production to shoot execution and post-production coordination.
• IP & Format Creation : Contribute to the development of new show formats and video IPs aligned with Pinkvilla’s brand voice and audience.
• Branded Content Execution : Collaborate with brand teams and internal stakeholders to deliver content that meets creative and commercial expectations.
• Trend Integration : Stay updated with platform trends (YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, Reels) and infuse them into content planning and ideation.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Work in sync with scriptwriters, editors, designers, and talent to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Performance Insight : Use basic analytics insights to refine and evolve content ideas and formats over time.
