Creative Strategist ResearchAyu :

ResearchAyu is on a mission to make the incurable curable. We build evidence-based Ayurvedic medicines that regenerate knee cartilage, repair spinal discs, normalize autoimmune markers, and reverse Type-2 diabetes without invasive procedures or lifelong drug dependency.

Role Overview :

Were seeking a Creative Strategist to develop, script, and optimize high-performing video and visual creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns. You will work closely with performance marketers, doctors, editors, and founders to craft narratives that generate emotional connection and drive conversions.

This is not a generic content role its mission-critical for building trust in Ayurveda through research-backed, relatable, and compliant storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop creative concepts for Meta lead gen campaigns across verticals (Knee, Spine, Diabetes, Autoimmune).
  • Write short-form ad copy, video scripts, headlines, and landing page messaging aligned with patient psychology.
  • Collaborate with video editors and designers to bring your creative ideas to life.
  • Create multiple ad variants for A / B testing and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Repurpose testimonials, clinic moments, doctor expertise, and clinical outcomes into high-conversion assets.
  • Ensure all creative content complies with healthcare advertising guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor and creative trend research regularly.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience in performance creative strategy, video ad scripting, or healthcare content.
  • Proven success in generating leads or conversions via Meta Ads or equivalent platforms.
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology especially in pain-relief, health, or wellness domains.
  • Strong storytelling instincts : you know how to make 30 seconds count.
  • Ability to simplify complex medical ideas into patient-friendly language.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
