About the role :
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Sr. Salesforce Engineer III with experience in Salesforce Billing to join our team. The Sr. Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on Salesforce Billing functionality.
The ideal candidate will have Deep expertise in Salesforce, including both technical implementation and business process design and strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, as well as experience in Salesforce Billing implementation (CPQ is a Youll Do :
- Lead and deliver complex Salesforce Billing projects, driving solutions from technical design to production deployment.
- Partner Salesforce teams, including Engineers and Platform Administrators, while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Billing, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes, ensuring seamless integration and addressing business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend enhancements for improved business processes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes.
- Manage user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize Salesforce platform engagement.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to recommend and implement innovative You Bring :
- 5 to 7 years of enterprise-level Salesforce hands-on engineering experience, including implementations and platform optimizations.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce Billing, CPQ (Preferred), and integrations.
- Proficiency in Quote-to-Cash workflows with hands-on experience in Billing enhancements.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including both technical implementation and business process understanding.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes without direct supervision.
- Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct reporting authority.
- Experience in influencing and driving outcomes without direct authority.
- Technical expertise in developing solutions on Force.com using Apex, LWC, REST / SOAP APIs, and related technologies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) are a plus.
