Job Title : Salesforce Core LWC Integration and Omni : Bangalore (Global village Tech Park) / Hyderabad (Rai Durg) / Pune : 6 to 8 Years

Job Description :

• 6 years of experience in supporting Sales Cloud Service Cloud with incident management.
• Handle incident with in the SLA handle bug tickets task ticket.
• Work on enhancement and follow all the ITSM process.
• Good Experience as Omnistudio Vlocity developer and have excellent coding skills in Flexcards Omniscript Data raptors and IDX Workbench IDX tool.
• Good understanding in configuration customization Apex Lightning LWC.
• Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture landscape.
• Good work experience in SFDC configuration customization programming with APEX Classes Triggers APIs Visual Force SOQL SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforcecom application from scratch.
• Good hands on experience in building lightning components LWC.
• Hands on work experience with Salesforcecom web services WSDL and experience in other integration aspects is desirable.
• Deployment experience using ANT tool or change set or Devops or Copado release process.
• Understanding of Javascript Javascript framework such as Jquery AngularJS ExtJ etc.
• Should have at least 3 or more Responsibilities :
• Provide support and incident management for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with strict adherence to SLA timelines.
• Handle bug fixes, task tickets, and enhancement requests following ITSM processes.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IDX Workbench.
• Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) with clean, efficient code.
• Customize Salesforce configurations and develop using Apex Classes, Triggers, APIs, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build integrations with Salesforce web services using WSDL and other integration tools and methodologies.
• Manage deployment processes using ANT tool, Change Sets, DevOps, or Copado release pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to shift timings as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, AngularJS, or ExtJS.
