Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality

Salesforce solutions while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Develop scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Work on Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and automation tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Named Credentials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimates, and deliver work within sprint timelines.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and apply them to improve Skills :
• 4-8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST / SOAP APIs) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI / CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, SFDX).
• Strong problem-solving and communication :
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certifications (preferred).
• Experience with deployment tools and sandbox management.
