• Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
• : Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the assigned cluster through effective management of the sales team.
• Team Management & Development
• : Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales advisors to maximize their productivity and retention.
• Strategic Planning
• : Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to expand market coverage and meet business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring
• : Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and report on cluster performance to senior management.
