Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of female telecallers to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a high-performance, positive, and results-driven culture.
Strategy & Target Setting : Develop and implement effective calling scripts, strategies, and campaigns to generate qualified leads and appointments. Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Monitor team performance through key metrics (calls made, connections, appointments set, conversion rates). Analyze data to identify trends, provide constructive feedback, and report on KPIs to senior management.
Training & Development : Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM usage.
Quality Assurance : Ensure the highest standards of customer service and compliance with calling scripts and regulations. Conduct random call audits to maintain service quality.
