Job Overview

Join Wings Global Services as a Telecaller at our headquarters in Andheri, Mumbai. As a junior-level role, this full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. You will be pivotal in outbound calling, lead generation, and telemarketing, contributing to our growth in diverse engineering fields.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer service prowess to manage client inquiries and achieve customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Excellent communication skills to navigate and sustain telephonic interactions, facilitating productive exchanges with clients.
  • Appointment setting experience is valued to streamline sales processes and bolster our business development efforts.
  • Proficiency in the art of sales pitching to articulate value propositions and captivate the audience's interest efficiently.
  • Cold calling skills to initiate conversations with potential leads and convert inquiries into significant opportunities.
  • Experience in outbound calling (Mandatory skill) to engage with prospective clients and drive business leads.
  • Lead generation expertise (Mandatory skill), ensuring a steady inflow of new prospects into the sales pipeline.
  • Telemarketing capabilities (Mandatory skill) to actively promote products and services while boosting brand presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers and engage them with compelling offerings and product information.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals effectively.
  • Handle customer questions, address issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience over telephone interactions.
  • Articulate sales pitches clearly and convincingly to attract buyer interest and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and track follow-up communication to enhance customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategy and improve telecommunication activities and outcomes.
  • Attend training sessions and incorporate learning into tele-selling efforts to achieve departmental goals.
