About your new Role :

 Make outbound calls to existing Kickcash users to explain ongoing offers.

 Guide users step-by-step on completing offers and earning cashback.

 Handle user queries related to offers, payments, and app navigation.

 Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English.

 Collect and record user feedback to improve app experience.

 Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and engagement.

 Maintain accurate call records and follow company communication guidelines.

Requirements :

 Experience : 6 months–2 years in telesales, customer support, or call center roles.

 Languages : Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

 Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
