This client committed to Long Term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 Countries.Position : Mainframe DeveloperLocation : PAN IndiaWork Type : HybridJob Type : Full TimeJob Description : 8+ years of strong development experience in skills such as - PL / 1 , Unix Commands , Bash Scripting, Linux ToolsShould be able to understand the requirements to make new developments or enhancements to the existing application and deliver quality output on-timeShould be able to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.Should be able to estimate the effort necessary to build structured code that meets acceptance criteria based on functional or technical specifications.Participate in requirements discussions, status review with the customerTranslate the requirements into technical solution and develop efficient and structured code as per the existing standardsAbility to debug, apply problem solving and troubleshooting techniques to ensure code meet the requirementsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshootingWrite Unit test cases, conduct unit testing and prepare unit test results to ensure the code meets the requirementsCo-ordinate with the co-developers, testers, users for as applicable for integration or interface testing or QAT / UAT testingGood communication & problem-solving skills with extensive knowledge of file management techniques, database management tools, debugging tools, change management and version control tools.Should be flexible working in shifts as per the project need in an on-shore and off-shore model. primarily in 12 to 10 pm IST or 1 to 11pm ISTNo location constraint but prefrence order - Hyd / BLR / CHN / NCRTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity
