• We are seeking an experienced Mainframe CICS System Programmer to join our IT infrastructure team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CICS (Customer Information Control System) environments on IBM mainframes, ensuring high availability, performance, and :
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain CICS regions and related components.
• Provide technical support for CICS in a z / OS mainframe environment.
• Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot CICS systems to ensure performance and availability.
• Implement and maintain security standards for CICS environments.
• Perform capacity planning, system health checks, and disaster recovery support.
• Collaborate with application development teams to support CICS-based applications.
• Analyze and resolve complex system issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, standards, and procedures.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation as needed.
