Job descriptionLead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team. Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop AI models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs. Oversee the deployment of AI applications into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to understand their requirements and priorities. Communicate the value proposition of AI initiatives and garner support for adoption across the organization. Provide training and guidance to empower teams to leverage AI tools and technologies effectively. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI initiatives on business outcomes. Monitor AI systems and algorithms, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement. Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in leading AI projects or initiatives, preferably in a corporate setting. Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Head of Innovation (Director level but wants hands on person)
This role will head the innovation team for MIT. Along with Innovation and AI leadership. This person should be hands on technically. Someone with strong product development background. We are majorly react on front end. Java / Python on backend. Docker , Kubernetes skills and cloud experiences along with AI.
