About the position :

We are a fast-growing startup specializing in 3 D conversion and production. As we scale, we need a highly organized Production Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across our production pipeline. This role requires expert level Shot Grid experience to manage tasks, schedules, and resources effectively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple vendors and provide daily updates.
• Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines using Shot Grid.
• Assist in scheduling tasks, ensuring teams meet production timelines.
• Maintain clear communication between production, creative, and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues proactively.
• Organize and manage assets, ensuring proper version control and tracking.
• Work with the department leads to allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare reports and production updates for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new team members onto Shot Grid and production processes.
• Ensure documentation and best practices are maintained for production workflows.
