What We're Looking For :

• 6-8 years of experience in US hiring & sourcing only NON - IT hiring
• Hands-on with Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative sourcing
• Experience working with high-volume and niche mandates
• Comfortable working in US time zone
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
