About the Role : This role requires deep expertise in mainline advertising, brand activations, BTL, and on-ground campaign execution. The candidate will independently manage key clients, lead teams, oversee multi-agency coordination, and drive strategic planning and creative development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end client relationships for major accounts.
• Lead ATL + BTL campaign development, from briefing to execution.
• Craft brand strategies, creative briefs, and integrated campaign plans.
• Present strategies, creative concepts, and execution plans to clients.
• Lead a team of servicing executives and coordinators.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and billing cycles.
• Oversee print, OOH, retail branding, and event-led campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Supervise on-ground activations, vendor management, and fabrication.
• Ensure timely execution with high-quality output.
• Upsell and cross-sell agency capabilities across mainline, creative, activation, and turnkey solutions.

Experience Required :

6–10 years in mainline advertising or BTL / Experiential agencies.

Strong leadership and account management experience.

Hands-on execution experience in print, OOH, events, activation, and retail branding.

Real estate category exposure preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and strategy skills.
