Job Description

• To direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
• Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by ACCOR in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service.
• To maintain regular inventories of the technical equipment.
• Ensure quality is adhered to in all aspects of the job, by the Engineering team.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• Experience in project management and renovation projects is an added bonus
• To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Engineering

Additional Information

10 -15 years of experience in Luxury and Upscale hotels

Previous experience of renovation / refurbishment would be an added advantage
