segment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, refined demeanor.Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and data tracking systems.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining brand tone and discretion.Oversee

end-to-end customer interactions , from enquiry to post-purchase engagement.

Handle

client queries, exchanges, and special orders

with empathy and efficiency.Maintain and update

customer data & CRM systems

regularly.Coordinate with

sales, merchandising, and production

teams for smooth order flow and timely deliveries.
