Role Overview :

The Communication & Admissions Specialist will be responsible for shaping the school’s communications strategy while also managing the admissions process. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to engage effectively with parents, prospective families, staff, and external collaborators. The role will serve as the bridge between the school’s vision and its community, ensuring clarity, consistency, and warmth in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities : Admissions -Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students throughout the admissions journey.

• Provide accurate and timely information about school programs, facilities, and policies.
• Guide parents through application, documentation, and enrolment processes.
• Coordinate admission events such as admissions meet & greets, orientations, and campus visits.
• Maintain records of enquiries, applications, and conversions for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
