Role Overview :
Are you an engineering graduate ready to launch your career in international marketing and technical sales As a GET / Executive – International Marketing, you'll combine core engineering knowledge with global business skills to identify overseas opportunities, support OEM & Tier-1 client engagements, and help drive revenue through technical solutions in the global automotive and manufacturing sector. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer interaction, business development, product marketing, and export operations in precision and heavy auto components.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed technical and market research on global automotive, engineering, and heavy-duty component markets.
- Track sales opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, and support pricing and new business proposals for OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributors worldwide.
- Assist with creating proposals, presentations, technical documentation, and capability brochures for overseas customers.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure technical feasibility and timely responses to international RFQs and customer queries.
- Support communication, lead qualification, and regular follow-ups with global clients (calls, emails, meetings).
- Prepare marketing collateral, datasheets, and case studies tailored for various markets.
- Coordinate export documentation, logistics, and sample shipments to international customers while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain CRM database, manage customer / lead records, and support management reporting on KPIs, sales pipeline, and business analytics with MIS reports.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong technical grasp of machining, metallurgy, and automotive component production (exposure to CNC, forging, casting, heat treatment preferred).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality / process documentation.Analytical mindset with skills in market research and competitor analysis.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to interact confidently with global clients and internal teams.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM software exposure is a plus.Willingness to work with global time zones and undertake international business travel if required.Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic team environment.Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering, or relevant fields.MBA / PGDM in Marketing or International Business preferred (not mandatory).Career Growth :
