Above-the-Line (ATL) responsibilities
- Campaign coordination : Oversee and manage large-scale advertising campaigns across channels such as print (newspapers, magazines), radio, and billboards.
- Media management : Assist with media buying, scheduling, and liaising with external agencies for timely execution and tracking of ad releases.
- Brand visibility : Develop and implement campaigns that build broad brand recognition for real estate projects.
Below-the-Line (BTL) responsibilities
On-site and local activations : Plan and execute activities like roadshows, mall kiosks, and property-specific events.Channel and partner management : Design and execute strategies for channel partners and corporate tie-ups.Customer engagement : Organize and manage community and RWA (Resident Welfare Association) programs to connect directly with potential buyers.Requirements
