Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a savvy Technologist to join our team with growing requirement of data & integrations. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture to provide a strong base for our business and data analysts and scientists on a vast range of analytics / machine-learning projects. responsibilities will include :

Create and maintain CRM components on distributed platform

Create and maintain database entities for a wide range of functionality

Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture for extraction, transformation, and distribution of data from a wide variety of data sources

Identify, design, and implement improvements / automations for optimizing data processing, storage and availability, while maintaining scalability, etc.

Work with various stakeholders including the Senior Management, Technology and Client teams to assist with data-related projects and issues

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have 8- Years of experience in Core JAVA.
• Must have 8- Years of demonstrated experience and hands-on in database development on any major RDBMS platform (SQL Server / Oracle / Sybase / DB2) in designing schema, complex procedures, complex data scripts, query authoring (SQL) and performance optimization
• Must have strong fundamentals on application design, architectures, logic building
• Must have very strong understanding of data modelling
• Experience in any ETL tool like Ab Initio, Informatics etc. is good to have
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle is a required
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Ability to develop support materials for applications to expand overall knowledge sharing throughout the group.
