Job Title : Tech Lead Java Developer
As a Tech Lead – Java Backend Developer , you will lead a team of backend engineers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining best practices in architecture and coding.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the backend development team by providing architectural direction, design reviews, and coding guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Design & develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot , Microservices architecture , Hibernate , and RESTful APIs .
- Implement event-driven architecture and real-time data processing using Apache Kafka .
- Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and clean code principles.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while collaborating closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Stay updated on industry best practices , emerging technologies, and advocate for their adoption.
Key Skills & Requirements :
Strong expertise in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices , and REST API development .Hands-on experience with Kafka (or similar messaging platforms) and Redis .Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and performance optimization .Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Location : (Thane)
