As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across Energy & Utility domain. This role requires a balance of recruiting expertise, people management, and strong domain knowledge. You will play a key role in driving hiring strategies, ensuring service excellence, and meeting organizational as well as client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and ensure overall team performance.
- Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide effective staffing solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Drive sourcing initiatives using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and ATS systems.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching to enhance recruiter performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment with business goals and staffing needs.
- Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and progress reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices.
Candidate Requirements :
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.8+ years of experience in US Recruitment / Staffing, with at least 3 years in a team management role.Strong knowledge of Energy & Utility domain hiring in the US market.Proven experience managing and motivating a team of recruiters in a target-driven environment.Hands-on expertise with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines.Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and service excellence.Skills Required
