Job descriptionLead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help develop the skills of junior recruiters. Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles. Ensure that candidate pipelines are managed effectively and efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines. shortlist to clients. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall recruitment strategy. Provide insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and market trends. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Serve as a liaison between the client, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process Experience : Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions. Experience working with a range of industries and clients, preferably in BFSI Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships. Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract roles. Experience managing high-level client relationships, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver on expectations. Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM) and reporting tools. Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). Additional Requirements : Flexibility : Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs. Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Lin kedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, etc.). Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients (BFSI) to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and act as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights.
