Job descriptionAssist in developing brand strategies for Neelmay and its sub-brands. Create content, UGC ideas, and brand campaigns for digital and offline platforms. Support and present in pitches, brand presentations, and client meetings. Collaborate with design, sales, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns. Work on internal branding for Neelmay Group (office branding, events, culture stories). Research trends, competitors, and culture shifts to fuel fresh campaign thinking. Manage social handles with quirky, sharp content (, Instagram, etc.). Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. Strong communication and presentation skills (must be comfortable facing the camera). Creative thinker with storytelling ability. Hands-on with social media content (Instagram Reels, posts, UGC formats). Ability to write sharp copies, campaign lines, and presentation scripts. Team player, with energy to work across strategy + creative + events. Bonus : Exposure to Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro or similar tools. Work across 5 unique brands under Neelmay, giving exposure to multiple industries. Opportunity to become a face of campaigns (especially FCL). A chance to create content that travels (UGC, reels, campaign ideas). Fast-paced, creative work environment with lots of learning.
