Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager with a proven track record of owning client accounts, driving P&L responsibility, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.

The role demands a strong sales leader who can :

• Secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
• Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
• Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.

Skills & Requirements

✅ Experience : 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).

✅ Network : Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.

✅ Sales Skills : Proven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue goals.

✅ Communication : Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.

✅ Technical Knowledge : Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.

✅ Bonus : Familiarity with event planning tools / software.
