Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, reporting, and planning.
The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial strategy to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage tax filings.
- Develop financial models and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes.
- Supervise and support the finance and accounting team.
