Senior System Engineer - IT Infrastructure

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge across systems administration, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms, as well as strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and security systems.
• Lead infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of critical systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and IT solutions.
• Manage and mentor junior system engineers and IT support staff.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external IT policies, procedures, and regulations.
