Job Description

  • Manage the day to day operations of the team
  • Ensure the SLAs are met in terms of calling numbers, conversions and revenue
  • Train and Coach the team members on inbound Callings or practices
  • Ensure the attrition levels are within the desired levels
  • Keep the team focused on achieving the calling targets and conversions
  • Lias with the IT and quality team to ensure service delivery
  • Ensure compliance parameters are met
  • Ensure the team and individual KRAs are met
