Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and continually improve financial projections, operating forecasts, and budgeting processes for the organization.
- Support the annual budgeting or target-setting activity for the entire organization, as well as for individual departments.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret actual department performance versus budgets (or targets) , providing clear insights to various stakeholders.
- Establish and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) , encompassing both business and financial metrics, and create reports to effectively manage and measure business performance.
- Be adept at building comprehensive management reports by combining multiple data sources.
- Provide financial business partnership and decision support to various departmental stakeholders, guiding their strategic initiatives.
- Help optimize existing reporting processes through automation , enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactively and creatively seek out opportunities to generate business cases from ongoing activities, and thoroughly evaluate or assess their financial and business impact.
Skills
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting .Exceptional analytical and interpretive skills for financial data.Proficiency in building and managing KPIs and performance dashboards.Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting.Excellent business partnering and decision support skills .Experience with process optimization and automation in financial reporting.Proactive and creative problem-solving approach.Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.Qualifications
A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a similar role, ideally within a corporate setting.Skills Required
