Chief Manager QMS Planning and Control

Job Purpose :

To ensure the efficient and effective planning of audits across the aviation organization, the Audit Planning Lead will be responsible for developing comprehensive audit plans , coordinating activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of audits across various operational areas.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Strategic Audit Planning

• Work closely with the Lead - QMS Auditing to develop a strategic audit planning framework that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements .
• Develop the annual audit plan , coordinating with the Lead - QMS Auditing to define the frequency, scope, and objectives of various audit types.
• Prepare regular audit progress reports , highlighting resource allocation, updates, and timelines.
