About the Role :
We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent team. Your goal is simple — find, attract, and engage the best creative and marketing talent across the web. Whether it's spotting a great designer on Behance, a strategist on LinkedIn, or a video editor on Instagram, you'll know where to look and how to start the right conversation.
What You'll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers and account leads to understand role requirements.
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, Discord, etc.).
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our ATS (Keka Hire).
- Engage candidates through personalized outreach — not just InMails.
- Identify niche talent pools (AI, Web3, motion design, etc.) and build long-term relationships.
- Use Boolean, X-ray, and other search techniques to identify passive talent.
- Track sourcing metrics — response rates, conversion ratios, time-to-fill.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and platform operations team to ensure a great candidate experience.
What You'll Bring :
1+years of sourcing experience (agency or in-house).Deep knowledge of creative / marketing / tech ecosystems.Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or PhantomBuster.Familiarity with ATS platforms (Keka Hire, Workable, Lever, or similar).A data-driven mindset — you measure what you improve.Curiosity and persistence — you know how to find people no one else can.Great communication skills — you write like a human, not a template.Bonus Points
Experience sourcing for freelancers, creative roles, or agency setups.Understanding of AI or emerging tech talent spaces.You've built sourcing automations or talent databases before.Why Join Us
