The Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and content marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates), analyze data, and prepare regular reports to optimize strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
- Run paid social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
Ideal Profile
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role.Strong knowledge of major social platforms, content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).Excellent written and visual communication skills.Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and innovation.Industry
