Litemed is a Hyderabad-based med-tech startup that created Curapod , a wearable light therapy device offering non-invasive, clinically backed pain relief. Founded in 2022, it's backed by VC funding and focused on making drug-free therapeutic solutions accessible and effective.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and creative Social Media Marketing Manager who can not only plan and manage digital campaigns but also ideate, create, and shoot content that brings our brand to life. This role combines strategy with execution—perfect for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and in front of the metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals

Create, shoot, and edit engaging content (reels, videos, photos, stories, posts) for various platforms.

Manage content calendars and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Quora etc.

Ideate both organic and paid campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and conversions

Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

Track analytics and prepare performance reports with insights for optimization

Manage community engagement; respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships

Stay updated with content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media / content creation (healthcare wearables or agency experience preferred)

Ability to conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form content (reels, product videos, lifestyle shoots)

Strong understanding of social platforms and analytics tools

Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta / Google Ads is a plus)

Creative mindset with excellent communication skills

Self-starter who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-makin g
