Job Summary :
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across international markets, with a strong focus on the USA and UK. This role goes beyond awareness and engagement — it is responsible for driving measurable revenue through platform-native strategies, shoppable content, and conversion-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in international social media trends, storytelling, and performance-driven brand building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Content
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for USA & UK markets, aligned with sales and brand goals
- Create high-performing content (reels, shorts, stories, carousels, posts) optimized for engagement and conversions
- Adapt content to trending topics, cultural moments, and consumer behavior in the USA & UK
- Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue through shoppable posts, Instagram / Facebook Shops, TikTok Shop, and platform-native checkout features
- Create and promote story-first offers, flash sales, and exclusive social-only deals to boost conversions
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to design retargeting campaigns and optimize ROAS from social platforms
- Community & Growth
- Build and manage an engaged international community through interactive content, polls, challenges, and live sessions
- Partner with US & UK creators / influencers for UGC campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and product launches
- Leverage social proof (reviews, testimonials, influencer content) to build credibility in international markets
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report KPIs such as engagement, CTR, revenue from social campaigns, conversions from stories / offers, and follower growth
- Continuously A / B test creatives, formats, and offers to improve engagement-to-purchase funnels
- Monitor competitor activities in the USA & UK to identify trends, gaps, and revenue opportunities
Key Requirements :
Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field2–4 years of experience managing international social media accounts (preferably USA & UK)Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging international platformsExperience in social commerce (Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, Pinterest Shopping)Hands-on experience with paid promotions, ad dashboards, and analytics toolsProven track record of driving direct revenue from social campaigns (offers, flash sales, shoppable stories)Strong creative instincts and ability to tailor messaging for US & UK audiencesExcellent English communication skills with cultural fluency in Western marketsAbility to work cross-functionally with design, content, product, and growth teams📌 Salary : Up to ₹7 LPA (Based on experience & interview performance).
